This will be your new favorite corner of the internet for tech, confidence, and everything in between — created with women in mind, but welcoming anyone who’s ready to grow, learn, and show up with power and authenticity.
After this first edition you will have each month two editions:

This space isn’t about downloads, dashboards, or digital tricks. Power & Poise is where we pause and tune into what actually fuels us: our passions and moments of energy renewal, and how we can enjoy life while staying aligned with our goals.
Each month, I’ll bring you a story, reflection, or mindset shift that’s helped or inspired me to live with more intention — and less burnout.
It’s about confidence, clarity, ambition, boundaries, and intention. It’s for the woman who wants to grow without burning out. Build without rushing. Glow without proving.
In this first edition, I’m sharing what got me to hit “publish” on this whole project — even when I felt like waiting until it was perfect. Spoiler: it wasn’t perfection that made it real.
Let this be your reminder: power doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, it’s the calm decision to move forward anyway.

A Big Welcome to All that are Here Along this Series!
I’m so excited to go in this new journey with you. In this first edition, I want to share the heart and the process behind Tech In Heels — how I built this newsletter, the choices I made, and the mindset that helped me start before everything was perfect.
How
I Set Up This Hybrid Newsletter
After researching countless tools, I finally landed on a platform that feels simple, elegant, and powerful — one that lets me blend audio, video, text, and interactive content seamlessly. I don’t gatekeep, so here it is: Beehiiv. It's free to start with, scalable as you grow, and it even offers embedded code additions so you can integrate lots of things. You can also create beautiful, user-friendly landing pages for sign-ups. Beehiiv has been a turning point for me — rather than feeling overwhelmed by 'yet another tool that I will have to use', I have found freedom in its flexibility, coverage and ease of use!
The Mindset Shift That Made It Real
I always struggled with finding my true vocation and passion — that place where my skills and heart truly align. It wasn’t a straight path, and the doubt often held me back from taking bold moves and sharing ideas and work, but this project feels like no one other has!
For a long time, I used to wait until everything felt perfect—or until I felt completely ready—before taking the next step. Later, I discovered that I have multipotentiality, and realized that many others struggle with the same thing. Especially in a society that still clings to outdated ideas of a 'traditional career'—one that follows a single, linear path. I’ve even been told that I was 'all over the place' and needed to focus on just one thing to be successful. Some people even told me I was “all over the place” and I should focus in one thing and get good at it. The more I tried, the more I realized that what really matters is being true to yourself, no matter what others think, after all you are going to spend most of your time working — and let’s be honest, others don’t have to live your life, deal with your problems, or pay your bills. So my first advice? Try as much as you can take action & stay aligned — show up authentically, embrace the journey, and trust that clarity comes from doing. In the future, I’ll be sharing many inspiring stories of incredible women who achieved success at different ages and stages of their lives.
My second piece of advice is a game I always play when I’m in doubt or feeling scared: just ask yourself, “What’s the worst-case scenario, and can I overcome it?” I did this exact exercise before hitting “publish”, and here I am, folks — ready for whatever comes, whether it’s the best or the worst.
Choosing to move forward with this project—even when it didn’t feel perfect or I wasn’t fully comfortable putting it out there—was the breakthrough. That shift—from hesitation to intentional courage — made Tech In Heels real and I was never happier and excited to share this journey with you.
Why I created Tech In Heels?
I wish I had a space like Tech in Heels when I started my journey—a community created to empower women navigating both adulthood & tech world. It’s not the first, and it won’t be the last, but what makes Tech in Heels unique is its focus on accessible, practical tech learning—delivered in a relatable, down-to-earth way that truly connects. And it doesn’t stop there. It also combines tech with behind-the-scenes growth, lifestyle, and passion-driven content that supports you in your day-to-day life. Because I believe anyone can become tech-savvy and cultivate a digital mindset—especially when it makes life easier.
Tech in Heels was created having in mind the rhythm each woman needs to grow, pause, and thrive in her own way. In a world that never stops scrolling, it teaches you when to log in—and when to log out. Cultivating a digital mind means more than staying ahead; it means knowing when to pause, reflect, and realign. This is a home for women who want to grow boldly but also breathe deeply. A place where ambition meets intention, where tech meets tenderness, and where your journey unfolds at your own pace. Because thriving in the digital age isn’t just about keeping up—it’s about becoming who you’re meant to be.
